Two-Second Gospel

"I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ (2 Cor. 11.3)."

Today's so-called churches have made it too difficult to preach the gospel.

It only takes two seconds to preach the gospel but they have made it where it takes a four-year seminary degree. Even then they preach a false gospel and to the same crowd each week (See PLAN OF SALVATION on www.preach-the-gospel.org. Christ commands us to - "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mk. 16.15)." not present a man-made gospel inside a building.

The gospel, according to the scriptures, is defined by the Apostle Paul in his first letter to the Corinthian believers (See 1 Cor. 15.1-4) and can be preached to another in less than two seconds after asking them, "Did you hear the good news (Gospel means good news.)?" then telling them - "Christ died for our sins and he rose again (1 Cor. 15.3-4 abbrev.).

Preaching this simple gospel message to another puts their heart on the spot and it must decide whether or not to believe it. The instant they believe (most do) they are born again into the family (kingdom) of God! They become illuminated (Heb. 10.32)! Then we can teach them to preach the simple gospel message as well and to teach them they preach it to to do the same (Mt 28.20).

Every believer can and should be preaching the gospel. By this we speed the return of Christ and turn our world right-side up creating brotherly love (See IMAGINE on www.preach-the-gospel.org.).

We can preach the gospel in less than two seconds so let's go forth and preach the gospel everywhere (Mk 16.20)!
