"I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me (Psalm 51.5)."

No matter how well we are raised and educated or what our gene pool consists of, we must be born again to enter the family (kingdom) of God (Jn 3.3 & 7). We are born in sin so we must be born again.

We inherited sin from God's first human creations, Adam and Eve, because they disobeyed Him (Genesis 1.27 & 3.3). But Christ died for our sin so that we can be forgiven and restored to fellowship with God (See FAMILYSHIP on A person becomes born again the instant they believe on Christ after we preach the gospel to them (Jn 3.36 & 6.47, Acts 16.31 and 1 Cor 1.21 & 4.15).

"How shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard and how shall they hear without a preacher? As it is written, beautiful are the feet of them that bring the glad tidings of the good news (Rom 10.14)." To preach the gospel to another so they can believe on Christ and be born again into the family of God simply ask them if they have heard the good news (Gospel means good news.) and tell them - "Christ died for our sin, he was buried, and he rose from the grave in three days (1 Cor 15.3-4 abbreviated)." The next step is to teach them to tell the good news so others can be born again.

We are born in sin, so we must be born again to enter the kingdom (family) of God. There are no exceptions to the rule. Let's start telling the good news to others so they can believe on Christ and be born again (1 Jn 5.1).
