Preaching the gospel means to utter the good news that "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.1-4)." in person with our mouth, not by satellte, TV, radio or literature (Eph 6.19-20).
The gospel is easily preached by first asking another, "Have you heard the good news?" or saying, "good news" then declaring - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.1-4)." Some would argue that the gospel is more than this but let's read what the Apostle Paul wrote - "Moreover brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you have received, and wherein you stand; By which you are also saved, if you keep in memory what I preached to you… For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received, how that "Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures (1 Cor 15.1-4)." "Though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than that which we have preached to you, let him be accursed (Gal 1.8-9)."
But satan, the father of the lie (Jn 8.44), fears the gospel (1 Cor 15.3-4). For after it has been preached to every person in every nation the end will come and he will be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone to be tormented day and night for ever and ever (Mt 24.14 & Rev 20.10). In his craftiness he has replaced the gospel in its simplicity (2 Cor 11.3) with a plan of salvation that the church has swallowed hook, line, and sinker, thus hindering the furtherance of the gospel (See THE BIG LIE and PLAN OF SALVATION on www.good-newsbracelet.org.). Christ commands us to "Preach the gospel (Mk 16.15)," not present the 'plan of salvation'.
There is no excuse for a believer not to preach the gospel once they know what it is and how to preach it. For it is God's power to save every one that believes (Rom 1.16). We must preach it person to person to every person on earth, then the end will come and Christ will return and take us to be with him forever (Mk 16.15, 1 Cor 1.21, Eph 6.15 & 19, Rom 10.14, Mt 24.14 & 31, 1 Cor 15.22-24 & 1 Thess 4.13-18). To do this we must teach them that believe to preach the gospel as well (Mt 28.20).
Daily ask others if they have heard the good news and preach - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried and he rose the third day." and teach some to do the same (See TWO OR THREE on www.preach-the-gospel.org). "For it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe (1 Cor 1.21, Mk 16.15)."
