The Good News Bracelet

-- Mark 16:15

Our first responsibility to God and to the lost is to simply share the Good News (gospel). I have found a simple, yet powerful and effective way to share it using what I call the "Good News Bracelet". The beads on the bracelet represent one's testimony as well as the Gospel (good news) message. All we must do is wear it and share it.

The apostle Paul said in his letter to the church in Corinth that he "determined not to come to them with excellence of speech or know nothing among them except Christ and Him crucified" (1 Corinthians 2:1 & 2) and to the Romans, "I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes..." (Romans 1:16).

me enough to go to the cross,
Whitemy sins are washed away,
Bluethe Holy Spirit lives in my heart,

Butterflyand I'm a new creature.

Will you also wear and share this bracelet so others will have the opportunity to hear the good news, believe on Christ, and be saved? After sharing it you may want to invite them to church so that the second part of the great commission can be fulfilled, which is to "teach all nations to observe the things which Jesus commands." (Matthew 28:20).

The good news bracelets and papers can be used to wrap invitations to church functions by rolling the bracelet paper together with the invitation; wrap the Good News Bracelet around it, and start passing them out. Hand the bracelets out at bus stops, on the streets, on doorsteps or at any public place. The possibilities are endless!
