"If you fulfill the royal law according to the scripture,"Thou Shalt Love Thy Neighbor As Thyself, you do well." (James 2.8)

Imagine when we stepped out of our houses we were greeted by people who had only our best interest in mind, a place where people loved their neighbor as themselves (Jas 2.8), a world where brotherhood exists and we enjoy fellowship with one another (1 Jn 1.3 & 7) (See FAMILYSHIP on This can occur only to the extent that we preach the gospel and teach others to preach it (See Mk 16.15 & Mt 28.20).

Imagine if every one believed on Christ and was saved (See SAVED on for a definition of 'saved'.). Poverty, crime, war, sickness and disease would be reduced greatly or illiminated. Christ had such a world in mind when he commanded us to - "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mk 16.15)." He knew mankind apart from God could not realize their full potential because of our sinful nature. Therefore he came to earth, died for our sins on the cross, was buried and rose again on the third day (1 Cor 15.3-4) thereby proving his love for us and that he we was indeed Christ, the Son of God.

Preaching the gospel is easier than we have been taught to believe. It doesn't take a seminary degree and it's not necessary to lead another in a 'prayer of salvation' as the evangelical movement teaches (See PRAYER OF SALVATION on We simply have to ask another if they have heard the good news (Gospel means good news.) and tell them - ''Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.3-4)." This is the gospel the Apostle Paul himself received and preached (Read 1 Cor 15.3-4.) and when we tell it to another in person with our mouth we get the same results he did (Eph 6.19-20 & Col 4.3-4 and Rom 1.16). Paul wrote, "I have begotten you through the gospel (1 Cor 4.15b)."

When a person believes on Christ they are instantly saved and filled with the holy Spirit that produces the fruit of "love, joy, peace longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance in our lives (Gal 5.22-23)." But the natural state of man produces adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousnss, idolatry (covetousness), witchcraft, hatred, wrath and strife (Gal 19-21). This is why we must be born again (Jn 3.3 & 7). We should be able to say as the Apostle Paul did, "I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the Power of God to save every one that believes (Rom 1.16)."

Most have heard the gospel. In fact, they already know it; but we must tell them anyway because knowing is not good enough. There is a huge difference between knowing and believing. "It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe (1 Cor.1.21b)." Preaching the gospel to another allows them to believe on Christ and be saved (Jn 3.36, 6.47 & Acts 16.31). Then we have fellowship with them and can teach them to preach the gospel as well (Mt 28.20) thus multiplying the gospel seed and the fruit produced by it (Gal 5.22-23).

Imagine a world where people loved their neighbors as themselves (James 2.8). A world where familyship exists. We create this kind of world by telling others the good news and teaching them that believe to tell it (Mk 16.15 & Mt 28.20).

Read a one-page paper on each day to gain knowledge and understanding that will encourage you to preach the gospel and to teach them that believe to preach it.
