WHERE ARE THE LABORERS?

"The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few: Pray to the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth laborers into his harvest (Lk 10.2)."

Christ's command is - "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mk 16.15)." We must preach the gospel to 7 billion people before He will return and take us to be with him evermore (Mk 16.15, Mt 24.14, 30&31, Cor 1.21, 15 & 51-53, 1 Thess 4.13-18).

Christians aren't preaching the gospel because the church has replaced it with their 'plan of salvation' that can only be preached from the pulpit. But Jesus did not say to present a 'plan of salvation.' He commands us toto - "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mk 16.15)." The gospel according to the scriptures - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.1-4)." can easily be preached after first asking another if they have heard the good news or saying "good news" (Gospel means good news.).

Because the gospel isn't being preached as it ought to be wickedness prevails in our nation and world and Christ's return is being delayed (1 Jn 5.18 & 1.3, Jas 5.7). Preaching the gospel gives others a chance to believe on Christ and be saved, which reverses the wickedness, speeds Christ's return and has a tremendous impact for good (Read Is 58.12.).

Daily ask others, "Have you heard the good news?" or say "good news!" Then tell them - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.1-4)." and teach them that believe to preach the gospel as well.

Truly the harvest is great, but the labourers are few. "Pray that the Lord of the harvest sends labourers into His harvest (Lk 10.2)."
