A common saying is, “Money makes the world go around.” To the contrary, money doesn't make the world go around, God does. He supplies all our need when we put Him and the gospel first (Mk 8.35, Phil 4.19).
People are slaves to money because they don't know that Christ pays wages to them that reap in his harvest (Jn 4.36). By preaching the gospel and teaching them that believe to do the same we labor for Christ (Mk 16.15 & Mt 28.20). Nobody needs to be out of work (See NEED WORK? on www.preach-the-gospel.org.).
"No man can serve two masters. We can't serve both God and money (Mt 6.24). But God is a much better choice. “Come unto me all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light (Mt 11.30)."
On the other hand Paul wrote to Timothy, his son in the faith, “But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition (ruin) (1 Tim 6.9).” It's a no brainer. We should choose to serve the one who created us (Col 1.16) by preaching the gospel and teaching them that believe to preach it (Mk 16.15 & Mt 28.20).
To preach the gospel to another simply ask them, "Did you hear the good news (Gospel means good news.)?" and tell them - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.3-4)." This same gospel the Apostle Paul received and preached (v3) saves every one that believes when we tell it to them in person with our mouth as he did (Rom 1.16 & Eph 6.19).
God makes the world go around, not money; and He supplies all our need when we put Christ and the gospel first (Jn 4.36, Mt 6.33 & Phil 4.19).
