“The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few (Lk 10.2).”

The Lord pays wages to those who reap in his harvest (Jn 4.35-36). Seven billion people must have the gospel preached to them before the end comes and Christ returns and takes us to be with him forever (Mk 16.15, Mt 24.14 & 30-31 and 1 Thes 4.13-18). Meanwhile we turn the world right-side up (See IMAGINE on Do you need work?

Christ has ordained us to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Jn 15.16 & Mk 16.15). To preach the gospel to another simply ask them if they have heard the good news (Gospel means good news.) and tell them - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.1-4)." This gives them the opportunity to believe on Christ and be saved (Jn 3.36 & 6.47, Acts 16.30 & 31, Rom 1.16 & 1.14 and 1 Cor 1.21 & 4.15) (For a definition of 'saved' please see SAVED on Then we can teach them to do the same. This is the work (Jas 1.25) and in so doing Christ pays wages (Mt 6.33, Jn 4.36, Phil 4.19 & Ps 84.11).

It doesn’t take a seminary degree to preach the gospel and to teach them that believe to preach it, just a willingness to open our mouth and tell others the good news and teach them that believe how to preach it (See TEACH THEM on We place the horse before the car when we reap in Christ's harvest, but we place the cart before the horse when we serve money. Money is a terrible master to serve, "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some have coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows (1 Tim 6.10)." (See THE MONEY GOD and THE RAT RACE on

Remember, Christ has ordained us to go and bring forth fruit and he pays wages to those who reap in his harvest (Jn 4.36 & 15.16). We must preach the gospel to seven billion people before He returns and takes us to be with him forever. In the process we turn the world right-side up. Need work?
