"Preach the gospel to every creature (Mk 16.15)."

Christ's last command to us before ascending into heaven was, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature (Mk 16.15 & Acts 1.8). Preaching the gospel means to utter it in person with our mouths (Eph 6.19-20 & Col 4.3-4). Therefore, it is not possible to walk the walk without talking the talk.

The Apostle Paul wrote, “We preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus... (2 Cor 4.5).” Christ's testimony (the gospel) is - “He died for our sins, He was buried, and He rose the third day (1 Cor 15.3-4).” It's easy to preach to another after asking them if they have heard the good news (Gospel means good news.) thereby allowing them to believe on Christ and be saved (Jn 6.47 & Acts 16.31), "For it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching (the gospel) to save them that believe (1 Cor 1.21 & 4.15 and Rom 1.16 & 10.14)." (See SAVED on for a definition of 'saved'.). Talking the talk is walking the walk.

Christians have given up preaching the gospel because Satan has deceived the church into believing a person must pray a 'prayer of salvation' to be saved (See THE BIG LIE on Scripture declares, however, that a person is saved by believing in/on Christ (See Believe on It is not necessary to lead another in a prayer for them to be saved (See PRAYER OF SALVATION and THE SINNER'S PRAYER on We just have to preach the gospel to them. When we talk the talk by preaching the gospel to another we are walking the walk (Jn 14.15).

We ought not to be ashamed to tell another - “Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day.” for this is God's power to save every one that believes (Rom 1.16). “If we deny him before men he will deny us before his Father in heaven; but if we confess him before men he will also confess us before his Father in heaven (Mt 10.33)." The gospel saves another the instant they believes on Christ with their heart after we tell it to them (See THE GOSPEL SAVES on Talking the talk is walking the walk!

Daily ask those who cross your path, "Did you hear the good news?" and preach - “Christ died for our sins, he was buried and he rose the third day.” Talk the talk, for only then do we truly walk the walk (Mk 16.15 & Eph 6.15, 19-20 & Col 4.3-4 and 1 Jn 4.2-3).
