"It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe (1 Cor 1.21b)."

When I tell the good news to another and give them a good news card with the gospel message on it and how to preach it they usually hand it to another person to read or lay it somewhere. This doesn't work and is a cop-out.

Remember, "Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels." "Whosoever shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven (Mt 10.32)." "But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven (Mt 10.33)."

Preaching the gospel means to tell another in person with our mouth just as the Apostle Paul himself did (See Eph 6.19 & Col 4.3-4), that - "Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and he rose the third day (1 Cor 15.3-4)." It puts their heart on the spot allowing them to believe on Christ and be born of God (1 Jn 5.1). Preaching the gospel saves every one that believes (Rom 1.16).

Let's not cop out. Others don't get it (believe) unless we tell them so let's utter the mystery of the gospel boldly with our mouth (Eph 6.19) that they might believe on Christ and be saved. (See MAN-UP on
